I had a wonderful experience at this clinic with Haiqin Deng, NP. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly—she truly listens. In today’s healthcare environment, it can be hard to find a provider who takes the time to hear every concern and address details thoughtfully, but Ms. Deng did exactly that. I never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. The clinic itself is very clean, organized, and welcoming. The front desk staff is also friendly, polite, and helpful. The office location is very convenient—right next to Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, and very easy to find. Dr. Haiqin is incredibly professional, attentive, and takes the time to listen to all questions and concerns. The staff is welcoming, and the clinic is clean and well-organized.
